About Us

Jenny Kammer, PE, CBCP, grew up in rural Alaska, and being without heat, power, and plumbing grew her passion for designing systems that truly work. She started her Mechanical experience as an intern with RSA in 2001. She then went on to acquire hands-on experience working as a sheetmetal and plumbing contractor for 2 years. She graduated with her BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2005. in 2018, Jenny started 3P Engineering to provide more professional, practical and precise engineering solutions for today's construction needs.  She specializes in doing what it takes to make the project work within whatever budget, time and/or other constraints there may be.

Jake is currently studying mechanical engineering at Brigham Young University – Idaho with one year left until graduation. He has been drafting and designing plans for 3P Engineering for two years, during which he has completed 12 projects and has contributed to a handful of others. Learning and developing engineering skills is a passion of Jake's that has only grown at 3P Engineering. He is now proficient in BIM, heating calculation, equipment sizing, reading code, and more. In addition, Jake uses critical thinking and problem-solving to create designs that are uniquely tailored to each project.

Keith is a sophomore at BYU-Idaho, currently majoring in mechanical engineering. After graduating from Alaska Middle College School in 2021, he served for two years in Argentina as a volunteer church missionary. Subsequently, Keith worked at Pioneer Restoration for eight months as a mold and water damage technician until starting an internship at 3P Engineering in 2024.

Andrea got her start young helping to run her family athletic store as a teenager in Alaska. Later she worked as a mechanical drafter for Jenny in her 20s while going to school. In 2024, she came back to use her 10+ years of Administrative experiences to help 3P Engineering continue to thrive.
